Hi,
anyone advise on what plusnet cancellation policy is?
switched from another provider and was due to be activated yesterday, emails arrived, router arrived but no service,
numerous calls yesterday and today and appears a fault on the line (been fine previous 2 years with previous provider only switched for upgrading speeds) and will be without any services till next week at least.
asked to cancel as wasnt confident going forward but was told there would be a cancellation fee.
is this correct?
thanks

Things occasionally do go wrong, so you need to give the provider an opportunity to make things right.0

Yes, you have from the time you order to activation typically to cancel, after that you're tied in.
Sorry to hear you've had a problem.0 -
