New TV died after 2 years - advice

I bought an LG smart TV from curry's with barclaycard in March 2015. On Tuesday the unit failed and wouldn't turn on past the LG logo which is a fair indicator that the motherboard has died. Obviously I am outside the 12 month manufacturer's warranty and didn't purchase a repair agreement or an extended warranty - do I have any recourse to get a repair or refund from either curry's or the credit card company under section 75?
