I think it's to get the horror of the bathroom suite over and done with. I have the same suite and I dread getting the estate agent round to value house, it is the suite of shame. Of course the rest of my house is lovely, no twigs, no teddies although my DIL tells me the flat screen tv mounted on the wall is common!! :embarasseSlightly bitter0 -

I think this is a probate sale .
