    The roofing quote came back quite reasonable, buyers have asked for halves, we've agreed.

    Now the exciting bit -

    They want to exchange contracts by the end of the week :D:D

  • So....the buyers accepted £1000 which was less than they wanted but only a nominal amount :) so, if we exchange on Friday, it moves the moving date to the first week of the Easter Hols instead.

    Got an email confirming that DS's uniform has been dispatched, just need DD's bits to be sent out.

    NSD today, quite chuffed with that.
