I've just had an email saying they wished to thank me for being with them for the last 25 years, during which they have run their ethical policy.
There were lots of links to videos and articles, so I was wondering when they would say what my reward was.....Well it's 'Thank you!'

I've just had the same or a very similar email... but I've not been with them for anywhere near as long, I think 'weeks' is closer to the mark"In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -
I've had my 'main' account with Co-op for 45 years.
Not even an email 'thank you'0 -
I have had my thank you - no voucher!
Would they pay compo for my hurt feelings at no tangible expression of gratitude?:rotfl:0 -

Worth a try But as I got a FO when I complained that a CSA hadn't warned me that the conversation I was having with them would get me locked out of my account - and only a visit in person to a branch miles away would unlock phone access again - I don't think you'll get very far.
The really funny bit was the CSA's manager carefully took down the details of the complaint then immediately said I would get a letter to tell me the complaint was rejected - not even an attempt to pretend the complaint would be given any consideration. :rotfl: But then I suppose you should expect total honesty like that from an ethical bank"In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -
You'd expect something, even if it was minor.
A well known p2p lender has been supplying chocolate to certain lenders where a minor issue hasn't gone to plan, you'd expect the larger bank to be able to do something however minimal.0
