This thread is for codes ONLY, NOT discussion.

If you haven’t already, Join The Forum to reply.

There are lots more offers, deals and "how-to" in the Cheap Cinema Tickets, Free Preview Cinema Tickets and Days Out Deals Notes.

    What's the deal?

There are a host of hidden companies that allow you (and a friend) to see films for free, and before they're released; often thousands of tickets are available. These agencies work as publicists with the intention of getting people to spread the word about the films they see. It's good psychology, after all if you've seen something for nothing, you may be more favourable to it - meaning your friends may pay to see it.

Sign up to agencies' email addresses so you'll be notified of the screenings. Be aware that you're likely to get some 'third party' promotional stuff through to the same address, that's the price you pay. You could use a second e-mail address for this sort of material; many freebie hunters do this as a matter of course. You can set up a Hotmail or Gmail account in minutes, just be sure to check it occasionally! (see this week's gmail Tip for info)

How do I then get to see a film?

When preview screenings become available, you'll recieve a code in your email which you can use to redeem tickets on the relevant website. Just type it in and follow the on-screen instructions to claim tickets. You'll usually get two tickets for each screening. They're non-transferable, so if you want to swap them you'll need to change the booked name by email.

Many people publish the latest codes for films below, to use them you need to be registered with the above sites anyway. This thread is just for codes, if you want to discuss offers go to the Free Cinema Tickets Discussion Thread.

Puccini’s thrilling Tosca is a story of love, terror, the abuse of power, and the unquenchable longing for freedom. Sir David McVicar’s ravishing new production offers a splendid backdrop for extraordinary singing. Sonya Yoncheva stars as the titular prima donna, alongside Vittorio Grigolo as her artist lover and Bryn Terfel as the villainous police chief—one of his signature roles. Met Music Director Emeritus, James Levine conducts.

The poor country boy Nemorino is in love with Adina, a confident landowner, but she is way out of his league—financially and otherwise. But when he buys a “love potion” from a travelling quack, the results are rather more than he bargained for. Charmingly staged by Bartlett Sher, Donizetti’s beloved masterpiece combines deft comic timing with touching emotional depth.

The world’s most popular opera returns with an exciting young cast in Franco Zeffirelli’s legendary production. Opera superstars Sonya Yoncheva and Michael Fabiano play the heart-breaking couple, singing two sublime Puccini favourites—“Sì, mi chiamano Mimì” and “Che gelida manina.” Zeffirelli’s stupendous onstage recreations of 19th-century Paris are sure to take your breath away.

Goaded by their cynical friend Don Alfonso, soldiers Ferrando and Guglielmo decide to test their fianc!es’ fidelity. Pretending to leave with their regiment, they return in disguise and pay court to each other’s lover. Will the young women succumb to the charms of these two handsome ‘foreigners’? A co-production with English National Opera, this clever vision of the battle of the sexes is set in a carnivalesque environment inspired by 1950s Coney Island.

Preview of Call Me By Your Name.

It’s the summer of 1983 in northern Italy, and Elio Perlman (Timoth!e Chalamet), a 17-year-old American-Italian boy, spends his days in his family's seventeenth century villa lazily transcribing music and flirting with his friend Marzia. One day Oliver (Armie Hammer), a charming, 24-year-old American scholar working on his doctorate, arrives as the annual summer intern tasked with helping Elio's father (Michael Stuhlbarg), an eminent professor specializing in Greco-Roman culture.
Amid the sun drenched splendour of this sensual setting, Elio and Oliver discover the heady beauty of awakening desire over the course of a summer that will change their lives forever.
Call Me By Your Name is released in cinemas nationwide on October 27 but Times subscribers can see it first on October 19.

Join us on October 24 at cinemas across the country for exclusive preview screenings of The Florida Project.

Set amongst families living on the poverty line in a series of budget motels in Orlando, The Florida Project follows the summer adventures of two six-year-old girls, Moonee (Brooklynn Prince) and Jancey (Valeria Cotto).
Living in neighbouring motels, Moonee and Jancey, and their friends Scooty and Dickey run amok unsupervised, frequently getting under the feet of Bobby (Willem Dafoe), the tough-but-tender manager of the Magic Castle Motel, where Moonee lives with her explosive 22-year-old mother Halley (Bria Vinaite).
Inspired by the Hal Roach Our Gang films of the 1920s and ’30s, the perils and pleasures of childhood have never felt so vivid or alive.
The Florida Project is released in cinemas on November 10 but subscribers can see it first on
    October 24.
