    No not making a cake sylvia I am not a very good baker. Make some lovely bread but that is the extent of my baking. Have been busy this morning making lasagne and got a huge sausage casserole in slow cooker. Dil is picking up some of it later and the rest is going in my freezer. Meeting up with sister tomorrow as she is on call tonight at hospital. So we will have a nice meal out. Weather is getting worse here but supposed to clear in afternoon.

    Love cooking ff so it is not a problem doing for others as well. making a fish pie on friday for dil mum as she has kids wednesday friday saturday this week. Kids love it and for some reason they wont eat fish any other way and saves her some time. Just stick it in the oven with some grated cheese on top and cook some veg and bobs your uncle.

    Did anyone see on news American Airlines pilot died while flying a plane. Just as well there is always a co-pilot. Never has entered my mind pilot would die while I was on a flight. According to news he is the ninth in recent years

    ff dil mum is a nurse and works night shift. She is working Thursday night so will be having a sleep before she picks up kids from school on Friday. So I am just helping out saves her having to cook from scratch. Kids don't really get ready meals etc. although it has been known for me to give them chicken drummers and sausage rolls from greggs lol (naughty me)

    Crikey .... what a mixed bag of weather yesterday!

    Rain, sun, cloud, black cloud, rain ... then more sun! :p
