EDF My Account

I have 2 separate account numbers for gas and electricity. I am currently only registered online with the electricity and i cannot find a way of adding my gas account, so they are both dealt with in the same way. I am having to call to do things concerning my gas, that i can sort online with the electricity.

If anyone knows how i can add the second account to MyAccount, i would really appreciate it.
I have enough money to last me the rest of my life... unless I buy something.

If your account starts with 67, then you are on their new system and both accounts should be able to be combined.

If not, you are on the old system and will have to wait.:(

Mine was switched this week - before that,I had no online access at all.

Do Money Saving sites make you buy more bargains - and spend more money?
  • I was moved to the new system some months back, but i was only able to register with one account. When i try to register for the gas it says my details are already on the system.

Basically EDF do not offer online servicing in any form. They are completely useless.

To be fair, this is an accurate statement.:)

EDF have just sent me info re registering online and consolidating my two accounts into one that starts with a 67.
Online registration works, although there's no consumption info in the account yet.

I would beg to suggest that it's a tad too generous...
