Hi, you have posted about this issue on another thread and getting lots of the same advice. Posting a new thread with the same problem or issue may not give you different answers that said can be helpful for anyone else who has been in the same position who maybe looking for the same advice.
Hope you have managed to locate your phone call, but if not have you spoken to branch as when addresses are changed there is a automatic note applied to the system saying who changed it and what day and time, this could help you.

Hi all
Quick update on this, not sure if its correct or not. Santander have marked my account as 'settled' with the current balance as £0 - the 'date last delinquent' is 07/17 and the default/delinquent balance is £1105 - have the marked this right as there is not longer any delinquent balance.
Weirdly Equifax is now showing a red box for credit agreements even though this is settled with a zero balance, yet when I was in arrears with £1105 owing it was green.0
