it appears to depend on the price plan you're on. some appear to remain at £20 per six months.

look at page 16.
Boosters available to customers on price plans: Everyday plan, Talk plan,
Text plan, International plan or BlackBerry® plan
and then page 18
Talk Tariff, Mates Rates,
Mates Rates International, Text Appeal, Everyone, Standard, Relax,
Relax with Allowances Talk & Text
Unless I'm mistaken, there's only the 2nd set of plans which get the increases.

Alas, the price guide that's linked to the official T-Mobile press release on this (at http://ee.co.uk/help/add-ons-benefits-and-plans/price-plans-and-costs/t-mobile-price-plans/t-mobile-pay-as-you-go-price-increase) would indicate that is not the case.
Also, it appears that the "fair use" policy is limited to 500 Mb per month...0 -
there is a way round the increase. you can topup on some plans by £15 a month and get "free" internet the following month.0
