The promoter of the Online Super Jackpot game is Rakuten Ichiba UK Limited of 16 High Holborn, London WC1V 6BX ("Promoter").
The Promotion is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 or, who are over the age of 16 and have their parent's or guardian's consent to enter excluding: (i) employees of the Promoter and their families; (ii) the employees of companies or organisations with whom the Promotion is run and their families; and (iii) agents or any other person directly connected with the Promotion.
Only one entry, fulfilling the eligibility requirements, will be accepted per person per day. Spammers will be disqualified. Free-entry route via the player/s supplying their email address. Withholding prizes is justified only if participants have not met the qualifying criteria set out clearly in the Terms and Conditions as well as rules described in the promotion site.
The Promoter may require participants to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at Promoter's discretion. The winner may be required to sign a statement proving their eligibility/liability. Entries must be submitted between 00.02 am on 30/10/2014 GMT and 23.59pm on 30/11/2014 GMT.
The number and nature of prize/s will vary daily and will be stated clearly on http://www.rakuten.co.uk/event/superbag/, along with any relevant terms and conditions, during 30/10/2014 – 30/11/2014.
Entries in the incorrect format will not be considered as valid. Once entered, entries cannot be returned / withdrawn.
Winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of the date won If a prize winner does not respond to this notification within 7 working days the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative prize winner. with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize.
The Promoter's decision (or that of a third party, where a third party is involved in any decision relating to the Promotion) is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of the validity of any such decision.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude late, incomplete or multiple registrations using multiple email addresses or Facebook/Twitter accounts]. Totally confused, as I was playing the game it didn't show that I won anything.
Then I checked my emails, and I got five emails saying I had won. Not sure what.
I didn't even play five times.
