PPI Claim

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice please. I am thinking of firstly finding out whether I had PPI and then hopefully submitting a claim. My loans were between 2002 and 2007. I have gone through my bank statements and got the name/ref no/amount etc but am not sure who to send to as I no longer have the paperwork or addresses. Do I send the letter to my bank?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you :-)

if the loan was from your bank then yesAll the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.0

Before you go down the route of spending time doing all this, what is your reason for the claim of mis-sold PPI?0

Hi
Sorry didn't realise I had for a reply. I have been looking on the main site and felt that I should look into this further. The advice Martin gives is very informative and i have nothing to lose by at least trying to find out.The loans were through the garage I bought the cars from but went out of my account each month via standing order/direct debit.
Many thanks0 -
