Pensioner Discount at Homebase Stores?

Hi there
My father has asked me to ask if it is possible to get a pensioner discount at Homebase Stores?
I know B&Q do 10% on Wednesdays, but do Homebase do something similar as there is nothing on their website about it and I cant find anything else on google.
thanks!

I've never seen or heard of it. I pop into Homebase very regularly and am sure I wouldn't have missed it if it existed.

  • I'm sure I was told that you can get a card that you can use on any day for a 10% discount .
I'll drop them an email directly and post back here when/if I get a response.

There's often 15% off vouchers in magazines such as SAGA or a union publication.
Otherwise, they have regular 10% DAYS, with discount for all.

Any idea when the next 10% off day is? It cant really wait till the next bank holiday, if thats when I think it would be.

Update: friend has just called with a 20% Friends and Family voucher (Homebase, Argos). 28th - 30th.

Do you have any contacts for these?

She is waiting for a reply on 10%Day from her DIL.

Sorry but I dont understand. What is this? Where can I get one from?
  • As a retired Royal Mail worker my OH gets a 15% off voucher every so often in the Courier newspaper. Do you have any friends or family who work for Royal Mail who could pass on their voucher if they don't need it? (Unfortunately the most recent one was for use last weekend only)

If you have a Nectar card that you use frequently (anywhere) (and have signed up??) you will get vouchers through the post with monotonous regularity
