oh how I agree with you Thepedestrian. Said son could even go the library and borrow the books for free !!

And again, do these folk think that there are some people who spend £100+ on some gadget, then get fed-up with it and just give it away ?? I don't know anyone who would do that.

    ETA

I've just looked, there are only 2 used ones for sale on ebay, so people aren't even selling them yet.
I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say. :)

A book is a lot easier to replace than an Amazon Kindle e-reader :rotfl:

This is posted today on ours, which took me by surprise
    WANTED
    Subject I need something printed
Hello, could someone with a working printer help me. I have a tribunal hearing on Thursday and I need to print of my statement but I don't have a printer.

If any one can help it will be greatly appreciated. I will walk to where ever but if it can be dropped off even better. I will give petrol money

I'm tempted to offer, just to satisfy my curiosity about what the tribunal is about :)

Thing is, if they wanted to have a heated patio, why did they give away the patio heaters ???

We've got a patio heater but only ever used it once, those things can really eat up gas.

A chimnea on the other hand can take all those rubbish fence panels you have collected.

Re the Chimnea's - my friend did indeed pick one of those up from a nice lady who was doing a house clear out. They can indeed be found unwanted!
