    4.5lb gain this week. I stayed miles off plan over the weekend but I'm only 1 lb over my ideal target so still within range.
    Need to figure out how to introduce more speed now I'm not having salads for lunch.
    Find out tomorrow if I can bring home the itty bitty kitty committee on Wednesday
    You're still in target range, you'll be fine!
    Would you be OK with soup? I make lentil and veg (carrots, onions and leeks) which is SP. Or JP with cottage cheese and pickles. I have beetroot, pickled cabbage and gherkins. It depends what facilities you've got.

    Hi shala, sorry for not checking in yesterday but I had a STS this week. No idea why but I know I've lost inches thanks to the exercise. Will be checking in again later tonight, hope you had a good weekend.

    I've just checked and still no update of HEBs on the site. I think I'm going to go to a new group on Thursday morning for, at least, weigh and go. Even though I'm out for a meal tomorrow evening I can't keep putting it off. If I am close to the top of target range (or above it:eek:) then maybe it'll motivate me to be more stringent.

    Today's EE plan:
    B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
    L: LO veg (one potato, the rest Speed) with meat and pickles
    D: chicken stir fry ( mushrooms, mange tout, spring onions, peppers and anything else I find in the fridge!) with rice or noodles
    Syns: honey in stir fry sauce

    I'm not having chocolate today. Last night I had a snack of a chopped apple, few grapes and cottage cheese all mixed in a bowl. Mondays I often need something because we have dinner early. If I feel the munchies tonight that's what I'm having.:)

    Thanks all <3

    It's FREEZING today. Cannot get warm at all. It's making me hungrier too :(

    B - Mushroom omelette and baked beans

    D - Usual big salad, hula hoops puft (3.5), melon and pineapple, mug shot, apple

    T - SW Spaghetti Bolognese

    Going to make some chicken soup tonight so will probably have a cup of that before bed.

    HEXA - Milk

    HEXB - Alpen lights

    BM - Commute and trying to keep warm!

    L - pasta n sauce, cheese hea. Celery soup (homemade). Having two lunches as nothing suitable for proper breakfast in!
    D - roast veg, quorn sausages 2 syns.

    So just catching up from earlier - congrats duchy and hope your nan is doing ok TG. Every time I read about your ginger chocolate maman I have to stop myself from running out to get some! Although saying that I am currently sitting next to an open packet of chocolate digestives and have managed to resist so far (they're less than 30cm away from my hands!)

    Was really hoping for a loss last week as I have a day out on Thursday to a conference where I know there won't be any healthy options for food and then I'm spending all weekend at Brands Hatch with my dad. Going to try and save as many syns as possible but I'm preparing myself for a gain next week.

    Today's menu:

    B - Porridge (HEB, 1/2 HEA), blueberries, golden syrup (2 syns)
    L - Speed soup, cucumber, tomatoes, celery
    D - Salmon, broccoli, green beans, mushy peas, SW chips
    S - popcorn (2.5 syns), 20g reduced fat cheese (1/2 HEA)
    Emergency Fund - £7992.62 / £10,000 :: Total Mortgage OP - £34,692
    LISA 24/25 - £0 / £4000 :: NSD 2024 - 13 / 180 :: Moving Fund: £838.83 :: Decluttering - 143 / 365

    Afternoon all,

    Checking in with STS which after a few days of carousing on Thursday and Friday is a relief...

    Much vodka consumed :eek: along with boozy munchies after but the hangover was manageable. At home now for a little while which always makes sticking to SW easier for me - no temptations!

    Just 1.5lbs to go to target. My original target when I started was 11lbs higher than this one but I'm not sure if I need to lower this target too. Target is 11st 11lbs at the moment - at 5ft 6 that leaves me at about 27 BMI which is still overweight and tbh, I still feel a little flabby. Wearing size 12 trousers but some of them are a bit loose (generously sized ones!) but I suspect most size 10s would be too tight ;) Umming and ahhing here about what to do but thinking that I reset target to 11st 7 - 4lbs lower? That will still be 26 BMI.

    Thoughts?
