Default Yes loans license revoked

Just reading the standard and I see Yes loans have had their license to trade as a financial company revoked.

one of the many things is charging and extortionate finders fee and also getting people higher interest loans then they enquired about

I doubt they will win an appeal either

The licence only gets revoked if they lose an appeal.

So if they are appealing they can still legally trade until the case is heard.

Can't see them winning any appeal. Log Book Loans tried to appeal a similar decision last year and had it struck out.

Bearing in mind Yes had already been given a pretty clear earlier warning it can't be looking good for them in any appeal.

Someone from the regulator said on the radio today, that they could still trade. Which rather seemed to contradict the headline about the revocation of the licence.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.
