    I can confirm that we have processed your N244 application to set judgment aside. The case has been transferred to the County Court Hearing Centre at Preston in line with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), where it will be listed for a hearing. The County Court Hearing Centre will be in touch confirming the date of the hearing. If you have any queries please contact them directly.

    if its any help , he was told not to act or pursue any parking offences on PCC land at 10.15 am on the 28th ,

    so he rushed that one thru
