Well done, Nicki (Enjoy your hols – I'm jealous!).
Thanks for setting up the new thread, Chrisv.
bubbs, glad you’ve got some sort of water now, but your washing machine ….. Tasty looking tea again, btw.
Just enjoy, March, maman. It is the best month for birthdays after all!
Get well soon, dusty. Hope you turn the corner quickly, Kathryn.

Lunch (at DD’s): part baguette with butter and cheese and tomato – eeeek!, mini dairymilkbar

Thank you Chris for helping out with the new thread. Really appreciate it
Sorry I was absent. Been hideously busy with family stuff all weekend, then yesterday morning everything had gone t*ts up at work, and I was only doing half a day due to a hospital appointment.
Finally caught up, and work is getting back on track today.
Not too bad at hospital yesterday. Still cancer free, kidney is improving, although not as quickly as they had hoped.
Got lecture about taking things easy. Pointed out that I'm a carer for husband, daughter on crutches and I don't have time to take things easy.
Back at hospital today. This time with daughter. Hoping they give her some exercises, and some idea of timescales for recovery.
Weigh in tonight. Not expecting it to be good. Last weeks was a morning weigh in and better than deserved, and I've been really struggling to control my eating with having to work from home and the snow.Zebras rock0 -

Morning everyone!
Quiet evening last night - just walked the dog in the slush.
We're in the middle of redoing up our bathroom - well I say middle, it's taken 10 years for hubby to get to the stage where he has had to rip out the bath so at chez gts we have no way of showering so it means I have to use the leisure centre for my morning shower. So I've been forced to go swimming in the mornings......what do they say about every cloud and its linings???
Should mean I do better on this challenge than I did on the last.....the challenge target would mean that I would be at the weight that I had in my mind when I originally joined SW but my mini target for the challenge is 9lbs by the end of March as that's when we go away for our Birthdays.
Plan on having a stir fry tonight and may indulge in some popcorn as well if I don't do anything stupid today!
Edit: Well done Kathrynha - well deserved!0 -
Thanks for chart & yah to you for being SOTW.
On a more serious note hard as it is you have to look after yourself. You are the only one that can do it.
