Hi all, The other thursday i signed up to a six a side league and played that night paying the £30 fee, the next morning we left the league and i text the league manager we no longer want to play about 2 weeks later i get a letter saying they want £120 or £600 if they go to court so i ring them up and get it down to £60. I am 16 and to be a manager you have to be 18 so im wondering would this help me out or put me in a disadvantage and i signed up to the T&Cs on soccersixes.net

Did you sign anything ? eg a contract
Before you agreed did you know you had to be 18 to be a manager ?0 -
I ticked the terms and conditions no signature also it said 18 but took no notice as it was 16 to play0

Can you legally enter a lawfully binding contract at the age of 16??"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

Yup, Although its no-where near as straight forward as with an adult.0 -
They have my address no bank details though0

Their T+Cs contain this:
I agree this League Entry Agreement in my capacity as Team Organiser, I am over 18 years old (and all my players are 16 or over) and I am duly authorised to accept responsibility on behalf of the above name team for the terms and conditions herein.
But you say you are only 16...."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -
Exactly so would that go against me in anyway or help me as i misread it0
-
So it could potentially go to guardians etc?0
