Lamb stock

Following on from the gammon stock thread I was wondering what to use left over lamb stock for? I use some for gravy but end up with lots left. Is there a soup perhaps? The stock usually has mint and rosemary in plus a good slosh of red wine!

    What about a morrocan style chickpea soup?

    I'd fry some onions, chunks of carrots, leftover lamb (if you have any) with some cumin, garlic, turmuric, chilli and a dash of cinnamon. Then I'd add the stock and chickpeas and garnish with coriander.

    Boulangre Potatoes, especially if serving with left over sliced lamb (or add some leftover lamb to the slices of potato and onion for a posh hotpot).
