    got this up and running, building up nectar points very quickly; then it crashed......cannot access site although can acces all my details etc...message says "sorry error whilst processing your request". Anybody else had this? Have tried changing email address but made no difference.... shame , as is easy way of getting 250 Nectar points weekly.

    I have been using it all week without any problems but yesterday I also got the 'error processing your request' message when trying to log in. Hopefully just a techie blip

    Signed up to Adpoints over the weekend and did a couple of ads but then received the 'Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request' message that others have received. Now it's all I get when I login, not sure what's causing the problem, have tried it in IE9 and Chrome :huh: Hope it gets sorted soon, this sounds like a good way to collect points
    Currently renovating our first home, so every penny counts! :j

    i used the nectar adpoints website on saturday but i havent been able to load it up since. it comes up with a system error when i log in.

    Has anyone else had similar problems.

    just hope we still get out points for last week.

    My points are not being registered today. I've tried 2 different web browsers. Not very good.

    Same here compmad1 I've just watched 4 and answered the questions but no points registered ,my account shows 500 for last week.

    I signed up last week and was able to collect 250 points without any problems. Yesterday I watched a few videos but only some of the points were registering so I gave up after a while. Now I keep getting the "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request" message. I hope Nectar sorts it out soon.
