Iv got an interview next week for the position of work coach and just wondering whether anyone can give me ideas of what is involved in the interview? Also does anyone wirk as ine? Whats job like?is it flexible? Any info appreciated.thanks

    It will be based on the examples you gave as competencies on your application form.
    Should take 20 to 30 minutes max.

    Is this the same for all civil service interviews? Are they all competency based questions?

    Do they explore the statements you put in your application or ask other different competency questions?

    Yes it is the same, it will state in the application what competency they are after, they may throw in a question, but will be looking fir another example

    Thanks for reply. Can you give same example as in the application form? Took me ages to think if those as it is. Also anyone working as a work coach?? Can you work flexible hours? Is it target based??
