suggestions of an easy and cheap pension scheme for small employer?

Hi,

This is unlikely to be needed til 2019, but could anyone suggest an extremely easy to set up and administer workplace pension which has very few fees/costs to the employer? (would also be good if it's good for the employee too obviously!)

It would be administered by a volunteer with no financial training.

Max of 3 staff who'd be over the threshold for earnings.

all of our employees have opted out now but NEST was very easy to set up & maintain, no employer costs charged at present
