Housing benefit (LHA) query

My neighbour is in receipt of LHA and entitled to 9 months' transitional protection. The same is due to expire in Sep 2012. My question is will my LHA entitlement revert to the 1 bedroom rate when he becomes 35, 4 months after that?
Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.

My local council have just finished my 9 months transitional protection period, now they have decided to change the LHA area we come under. Other people in my town still remain in the same LHA area.
the council's website and the direct.gov website clearly states the boundaries haven't moved, my circumstances haven't changed, but the council wont listen to me, they keep telling me we've changed?0
