I have half a chicken, cauliflower, tinned green lentils, mushrooms, onions, tillable paste, coconut milk in sachets, tinned toms ..... and a jar of Rogan Josh sauce!!
Never made a proper curry, usually cheat with jars. Would love to make a curry and side dish but don't know where to start.
Any suggestions for easy peasy recipes would be greatly appreciated!!

OP - you can do a curry dead easy with what you've got. All I'd do is chop the onions and whatever other veg you want - I'd go with the mushrooms, personally, but then I'll add mushrooms to just about anything - and brown them in a pan with a splash of oil. (If your chicken's raw then chop it up and add it now, and cook until browned, but not cooked through.) Then add the jar of curry sauce* and simmer until the veg and chicken are cooked. (If your chicken is already cooked, cut it up and add it for the last five minute or so only, or it will be over-cooked.)
* I'm assuming your jar is sauce, not the strong paste: if it's paste, follow the instructions on the jar for quantity, then add the tinned toms and some water to make the sauce.
I'm not sure about the side dish - you could keep back some of the sauce and cook the cauliflower in it, with the tinned lentils and coconut milk to make a sort of cauliflower dahl, I suppose.0
