Atom Bank Savings rate dropped overnight.

Planned to open a couple of fixed savers with Atom, despite the best attempts by the app to throw me out with its super picky slow face recognition.
Three year @ 2.2%.
Woke up this morning, got myself the app, and was going to start a 2year one.
Rates dropped over night.
Now 1.75 one year, 1.9 two year, 2.05 three year.

No notification, bit irked.
That gum you like is coming back in style.

Well, they clearly don't like my face either. Tried several times today & just get message 'sorry we were unable to confirm your Face ID' try again:( That is actually small progress, as last week I didn't even get that far:mad:

I'm glad I only have one 2 year Fixed Rate account with them.

Do any other providers say "we're changing our rates to X.XX% on Friday" as a matter of course?

Thus revealing their pricing intentions to the rest of the market?

That's why I go for the traditional passcode. Who's to say it wouldn't recognise someone else's face who looks completely different to you?
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?

I see the five-year one at 2.4% is still available.
