    Afternoon all.
Does anyone know what I can do with leftover money on a MasterCard prepaid card?
I usually use them to pay for the tv and broadband but my son wanted some credit in his steam account so I now have a couple of cards with only £1 on each of them (I don't know if virgin will take such a small amount, I'm worried they'll make me stop paying my account in fivers if I add too much!)
Tried buying a £1 Amazon gift card but the payment was rejected :(
Can't think of any where else to use them for such a small amount :(
    Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
    Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
    Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

Amazon will accept it. Just keep trying until the system let's you in. Amazon are aware, it's not their fault.

    Thanx for replying :)
I assume I now have to wait for the £1 to be available back on that card (it's currently showing a balance of zero but the reversed transaction is showing on it)
Good to know I can use them to top up my Amazon account this way :)

Yes, I've done it before over 2 or 3 days. The missing pound is due to a 99p virtual charge that the money processors for some reason choose to apply. It gets put back, don't know how long it takes. When they eventually decide not to charge it the money goes through!
