No Email alerts for new PMs

For the past couple of weeks I have not been getting any email alerts about new PMs arriving in the inbox. I tested this last night with a friend and they also have not received any alerts for new PM's. Even when they were working I would often get two or three per messages but at least that was better than receiving none at all.

    Turns out this is only a problem for people with email through BT. It would explain why only some were getting the problem. Similar problem with Subscribed threads apparently.
