what to do with over ripe pears

Hi everyone, bought pears two weeks ago and they didn't last five minutes kids loved them, bought them again this week and they wont even look at them what can i do with them? (the pears not the kids)
:pwould like to make it known it is not a DHN, she's dancing :p
