Trying putting some sand down to soak it in or sawdust.
Then put a quite generous amount of washing detergent over the top and give it a really good scrub with either a handbrush or yard brush.

Try a biological washing powder made up to a paste with hot water using the method above.Life in this world is, as it were, a sojourn in a cave. What can we know of reality? For all we can see of the true nature of existence is, shall we say, no more than bewildering and amusing shadows cast upon the inner wall of the cave by the unseen blinding light of absolute truth, from which we may or may not deduce some glimmer of veracity, and we as troglodyte seekers of wisdom can only lift our voices to the unseen and say humbly "Go on, do deformed rabbit again.....it's my favourite". © Terry Pratchett in "Small Gods"

yep the above answers are correct, Use sand to soak it up.
Then use a brush and soap water to scrub it away.
If you wish to spend more time cleaning it, you can use a toothbrush0
