Welcome nimbo! You're just in time, as we have just started a new challenge which (I think) finishes about the 20th of Sept, which would be exactly 9 weeks from now! I'm sure someone will be able to cofirm end date!
p.s. if you manage to cut out the biccies and chocolate, tell us how you did it! Padlock? Mouse-traps?
Well done Seanymph!! crisps well earned - I'm sure you will have burned them off with celebratory dancing!0 -
Well done on the job front, Seanymph! :T
Welcome back Angelasmomma. I did the same but put back on 7lb of the 14lb I'd lost
And welcome to the newby...sorry, I can't remember 3 names
Onwards & upwards, and reporting a clear 2lb loss :T. Sorry my colours don't seem to be working today.
Today's plan then is -
Brekkie - hm muesli
Lunch 2 small wm rolls with pork from the freezer
Dinner - really craving these - lamb cutlets, hm potato wedges, and frozen peas, all from the freezer. I will defrost it next weekend, I will!! :rotfl:
Treats - as it's Friday and not just any old Friday, but the Friday before my week off (oh yes! ), I shall have a whisky & coke to celebrate
Gorgeous day here, hope it is where you are too. Enjoy your Fridays and good luck for the weigh ins.

Morning all
Well I'm very pleased with a 3lb loss this week, which is a good start to the challenge :j:j
I've just got to stick with it now. I'm out for a curry tonight but I've said I'll drive so I don't drink :A
So the plan for today is
Porridge made with almond milk with strawberries and blueberries
Quinoa with roasted veg and halloumi
Curry out but I will try and make good choices
Hope you all have some good WI's we are meant to be going camping tomorrow which might mean a bit too much wine and food but I've just got to be careful and make good choices, I think a lot of my problem has always been the 'all or nothing' mentality. I'm starting to see that it's not a case of 'I'm on a diet or stuffing my face' there has to be some middle ground.
Enough of my early morning rumblings, enjoy your day
Vix- prior planning prevents poor performance!

Great losses Vixtress and Lavenderbees - I am pleased to report a 3lb loss (was 2lb yesterday, so not sure how accurate that is but hey!)
Nimbo, would you like me to add you to the challenge for 14lb? We have 10 weeks left.
Treated myself to toast for breakfast with my homemade bread. It was lovely, but after a few weeks of no bread my stomach feels like it has a brick in it!June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Morning - some fab weight losses this morning, well done everyone!
Just a quickie to report the weigh in - 1 more lb lost:j
That's 9lbs altogether now.
5 more to go to my stone:)
The scales did waver between 1 and 2 lbs but I've decided to go with 1 and count the possible extra loss as a head start for next week.;)
Off to the gym with 2 work friends this morning (who have both recently run a marathon:eek:) - hopefully I won't look too much like a slug next to them. We're using the gym and the pool and I know I'm a better swimmer than them so hopefully will shine there instead of on the running machine:rotfl:
No idea about food yet - will pop back later.0 -
Forgot to weigh myself this morning  :wall: so will do it tomorrow!Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
