I have a flat in an HA block where the car park is infested by UKPC. I have tried strenuously but unsucessfully to have them ejected, but the HA, despite being a registered charity, do not want to know.
Let us see who they appoint to replace them, AFAICS parking control by a private company is not necessary on this site.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Have you had a word with the Charities Commission? If the contract goes against the charity's aims it's possible that they might have a look as the Trustees could be acting outside of their authority.0 -
