Still listed. I've been away all afternoon and evening. Have I missed something?

We all know how the BPA are backwards in coming forwards, let's see how smart they are:)

As nothing has actually happened yet I'm sure it will be business as usual, so why would the BPA take any action?

I suspect the useless Muppets have been found out for paying less that their fair share and will go to the edge and then pay up.

I have a flat in an HA block where the car park is infested by UKPC. I have tried strenuously but unsucessfully to have them ejected, but the HA, despite being a registered charity, do not want to know.

Let us see who they appoint to replace them, AFAICS parking control by a private company is not necessary on this site.

    The Deep,

Have you had a word with the Charities Commission? If the contract goes against the charity's aims it's possible that they might have a look as the Trustees could be acting outside of their authority.

Indeed, if they appoint another scammer I shall animadvert most robustly.

    animadvert?
  • Better check that the Deep has planning permission and advertising consent, before he place any kind of "aminadvert".

Would hate to see him getting into trouble.

Surprisingly it's a real word meaning to speak out against or criticise!

But which fails to change signage and/or create new contracts, thus rendering most of their charges even more unenforceable than usual.
