    Hi All

Another day is nearly over. We were out in the morning. Have then spent around 3 hours gardening today. Cleared most of the back garden now. Also managed a whole front border and most of the bind weed that hand grown up around the external walls boarder so the property looks neater from the kerb. We go back tommorow but Im hoping to get the rest of the front yard done around where the caravan is parked. FIL has been on good form.
Me and OH together cleaned the wooden frames and glass of the dining room doors which were very dusty.
Dh and DS went in the sea again which was very rough and DS lost his goggles to the briny depths.
I have picked up 3 shifts at the pub kitchen next week and 1 day shift next weekend at a mates coffee shop. So altogether 15 or so hours. That nets me about £100. Should take care of our food bill and travel for DH. Thats my motivation. I will miss my family but it needs doing.

Looking forward to heading back now. If only to get a routine going again in these last pre school holiday days. DS goes back Thursday. Still loads to get ready new uniform wise.
DD managed 5 steps on her own today between the sofa and me. She has walked from one of us to the other before but never on her own inclination like that. Proper walking is very close now.

    Night

    Thanks LM

So back after the epic train journey. Well not really but with DD busting out the screams so high only dogs can hear her, it probably was for the other passengers ;)

It was MILs bday today so we were glad to be there to share in the celebrations. I finished another portion of the garden between 7 and 8am but we ran out of garden bags sadly. MIL is talking about getting a gardener. I really hope they do as it is a lovely mature garden that just needs a little TLC.
We went to the beach, had lunch then got the train back at 3.
It was lovely to get home again. We havent seen our cat yet but am sure he will turn up later.
I do have some concerns about FILs MH but it could be the meds. He seems to have become very concerned with things being just so and accused DS of moving or taking a couple of things. Which he hadnt. I know my Gran was a bit like that too which made visits with very young children pretty much impossible. Anyway we shall see. I know he is hoping to have his meds reviewed as one in particular is causing him some trouble.

Anyway. Came home to an almost empty fridge and milk on the turn so I made us pancakes for tea. 2 x lemon and syrup each. Naughty but nice.

    Night all

    Bob

Hmm pancakes one of my favourites :o

I'm sure your in laws were so thankful of help, hope DS wasn't too upset over the incidents with FIL. Hopefully they will be able to sort the medication out.

You're edging closer to the magical 3 numbers :T

Thanks PF pancakes really are over looked as an easy meal arent they. They were grateful yes but TBH after all they did for us earlier this year when I got sick I would get them the moon on a stick.
Yes £999 is approaching, but I have to be realistic at the moment and just pay what I can. Things are so tight because of having to subsidise the business until it turns a corner that my own debt repayment is slower than molasses in June. But I hope to kick it up a notch as soon as we can.

    Hi All
Well I have just had the best news to start my day. As you know we have just completed on the mortgage and moved to a new provider. It struck me I didnt have the payment date to hand so I called them this morning and nearly fell off my sofa when they said there was no payment due in September! A letter will confirm that apparently. I feel a bit sick to believe it to be honest but surely they cannot get that wrong she was very clear 1st October. And it wont be a larger than usual payment apparently.
Well I feel my day wont be getting any better than that!

Wont make any plans yet just in case its wrong but I wish I had known all this last week.

Rest of today, uniform shopping, weeding, food shop & tonight I am showing potential supper club hosts around the shop. This will be the 4th lot tonight. 1 club so far booked in for definate.

    Right best get on.

Foxholes ok maybe I will believe it is a thing if you say so too :)

Oh god I am rubbish. I get so excited. Just had an email from a couple saying they've been to my place today and are interested in renting it several days per week. I now feel sick with nerves. How can I get myself in such a state when so far none of the amazing big things have come off. Gah.
