SIM forText only car tracking units

Hi
heres a question - I have a car tracker fitted to my car, its sends me position data by text, i interrogate it by text, so are there any SIMs out there that only have the facility to send and receive texts.

I have got a GIFGAFF deal but it gives me data (not used) and phone calls(not used).

Not aware of any for non commercial use anyway.

I use a PAYG SIM in my cars if the alarm is triggered device.

No bundles, just pay per text by PAYG.

Currently using an Asda SIM 4p per text, not necessarily the cheapest but my device is 1800Mhz only it is generally limited to EE and their MNVO's.

I use a giffgaff sim. works fine. Bear in mind that most of these trackers are 2g so Three is not an option
