Oh love this thread! Hate meal planning but it does help..
M - pasta & tomato based sauce
T - chicken & potato curry (chickpea dahl for veggie DD)
W - baked potatoes & tuna (cheese for veggie DD)
Th - DDs out, open evening at school so I'll probably have soup & bread when I get in
F - At my mums so no idea

Thanks New Shadow, wish I had seen your post before we had our dinner! There were 2 slices of beef left over and we ended up giving one slice to the dog last night and one slice tonight! However I have taken on board what you have said and am changing what's on the menu for tomorrow night well swopping it with Wednesday's. This is because I took 2 packets of sausages out for the four of us tonight as 6 in one packet is not enough for the four of us and there are some left so the kids can have them for tomorrow's dinner.0
