First Anniversary First Post Combo Breaker

I was due to have a sofa delivered today which was provisionally booked a week ago I was the called on Monday and delivery was CONFIRMED. They called me yesterday to say it is no longer coming - very frustrating as I had booked the day off at short notice. Am I entitled to ask for my delivery charge back?
