Daughter been on working visa to NZ and OZ she is returning to the UK and does not have work. Can she get benefits? She has been away for two years is still registered at my address and is returning home she was born is the UK and never been out of work. She might get work on returning but I am checking just incase.

Some information here on returning to the UK, returning residents and the habitual residence test

There are qualifying periods for all benefits for anybody returning after the sort of period of absence you daughter has had. Firstly she will need to show that the UK is her main residence and she isn't just returning temporarily. To claim JSA she will have to be in the UK for a minimum of 3 months. I presume the same qualifying period applies for UC.0
