Also has anyone on their Boots app or with the paper coupons that come in the mailings. You have to buy 3 baby toiletries to get £2 off the bill.

I have been in touch with Boots and they are being stubborn saying I've not bought the right items and they say I need to buy the premium products like Burts Bees. This is despite the picture on the app being of the same Boots baby bath as I bought. I've sent them pics of the items I bought and screen shots of the app and of the paper voucher but they are not budging.

They are putting on 200 points for the till spit which would not scan for 200 points and another 50 points for the baby wipes coupon that would not scan so at least its something.

I had same problem. Bought similar to picture on app but was refused saying that you have to buy the premium items that are listed as included.
    Very misleading.

I noticed that chickens were in the marks dine in this week - might be of interest if anyone has AP £3 or £5 codes to use up ...

If you are with Sky for BB, they are putting up their BB prices and phone line which seems to have opened the door to leave/renegotiate. Current retention deals are being discussed here:

    https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/sky-broadband-incl-line-rental-11-retention-2904673

It seems normal BB people are achieving £11 or £8.99 including line rental. I negotiated for a family member for Fibre and phoneline only earlier this week and achieved £18 per month for 12 months :). Saved them £20 per month, using the TT offer as an example of cheaper elsewhere ;).

VM are offering various retentions deals but random what people achieve as you are relying o. Them calling back. 100mb BB and line only was reported yesterday someone achieved £19:

So I went with BT, Infinity 1, basic TV but no sport, weekend calls and max MOBILE which after cb, MasterCard I think comes to 17.40pm for broadband plus 4pm for mobile. Upfront cashback hopefully means if there is a price rise allowing early termination I come out quids in.
    I think....

Thank you Rhos....I!!!8217;m going into panic mode. The Linda McCartney sausages are on offer in A £1.25 with CB on TCB.

I!!!8217;ve got breakfasts sorted now thank you. I!!!8217;m thinking onions carrots celery etc with the lentils herbs and spices?

The Sunday Roast might look a little different this weekend:o:)

Don't forget to check your bread and get a pack of either flora vegan or vitalite for breakfast.

I use red lentils, tinned chopped tomatoes and veg you fancy, but I do peas carrots and onions so nice colours. Then add herbs and spices to taste. I often throw in some garlic and a few chilli flakes. Cook it all in pan with added water. Then top with sweet potato mash. Then brown. Simple

    Suggestions please.

I am getting quotes for annual travel insurance can anyone suggests any specialist travel insurance companies they use?

We have worldwide travel insurance as part of our Nationwide Flexplus packaged account but because of OHs medical conditions we have to pay for the upgrade - £144 a year - this is on top of the £13 a month the package costs us so £156 plus £140 a year total £300.

The Flexplus package now only covers travel insurance, mobile phone insurance and breakdown/recovery - the later I can get from Groupon if I can remember the name of the company ...

So far I've rung Staysure who have quoted me £162 (although it does not cover dodgy places :) USA, Canada, Caribbean, Bermuda, Mexico, Thailand, China & Hong Kong which we are never likely to get to anyway)
We are only booked up until the end of this year so this might be the final year of the long trips away anyway ...

We used these when hubby had his heart attack a few years back
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)
