Hi guys,

Are there any other people experiencing difficulties with Natwest this morning?

An online chat advisor at Natwest told me that they were experiencing difficulties with credits due in and debits due out but they didn't elaborate and when I tried to ask I was cut off from the chat.

I am wondering if anybody else had any more info.

    Yes, they told me that they hoped to have a fix by 5am, that's obviously not been met. Just a case of waiting patiently now.

    patience wears thin very quickly with Natwest, it seems to be a regular problem that they have with their computer systems. Only trouble with all the waiting is they can't seem to tell me if there are any transactions pending on my account.

    Fortunately it's the first time it's ever happened to me with Natwest. It was pretty regular with abbey (pre-santander days)

    I hope they resolve it soon, as this could have a knock on effect with direct debits that are due to be paid today.

    They're now saying 7am. All transactions are involved so I wouldn't worry too much about debits.

    Even worse I have just been told that it could be 9am before payments clear

    I am supposed to be paid today...... so is this why my wages are not in there yet......AAAAGGGGHHHHHH
