    Give us an idea of your annual consumption, you must be doing something wrong on the comparison site as they are usually pretty accurate.

    right I am hopeless when it comes to gas and electric bills that's properly why ive buried my head in the sand lol


    ive got the past 4 meter reading


    24/4/2017
    electric 14.4 kwh, gas 4.5 kwh


    15/3/2017
    electric ,,15.9 kwh gas 16.5 kwh


    13/12/2016
    electric 17.9 kwh gas 17.1

    electric17.9 gas 6.5

    I am afraid those numbers do not make sense. The average UK electric consumption is something like 9 kWh per day. Your bills and the website will give your estimated annual consumption, use that to put into the comparison site.

    I got these numbers from the website itself in were I get my online bills


    all bills are read from meter if I don't read meters then the meter man does it
    sometimes I read meter put it on eon site and a few days later meter man comes and read meters too

    no wonder I am hopeless lol

    Try reading your meters now

    Your elec will read something like 11372.4 this will show on your bill as 11372

    Your gas something like 002175.414 this will show on your bill as 2175
    Never pay on an estimated bill

    I think you are using the "each day at a glance" box on the bill that shows your average daily. In the body of the bill under "about your tariff" it will show "estimated use in the last 12 months"

    They are your meter readings today, to make sense of them we would need the same from a year ago. As I said previously, your bill has the numbers you need to input into the comparison site under "about your tariff". It will also state the name of your tariff.
