Definitely not worth having! I've just called them to book an engineer appointment and the service was awful! They initially said they couldn't send anyone until 17th September. When I complained suddenly they were able to offer me 8th September!

Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone knows if I will be able to cancel the policy if I've actually used it this policy year? Or will I have to wait until the renewal date to cancel?

They provide a re-furbished replacement box for £65. If it's only your box (not the dish or cabling) which is faulty, it's far cheaper to buy a second-hand box from E-Bay or Cash Converters etc.

The boxes are actually reasonably easy to fix yourself with some fairly basic knowledge. Loads of how to guides on the internet. Probably better than swapping for a reconditioned box with an unknown history.
