Plenty of seating in kitchen, not much else though.
EPC G1 that's the lowest I have ever seen. Surely if it's being sold as a development plot it would be EPC exempt?0 -

Looks like one of those houses where someone decided to renovate it - and then just threw up their hands in despair at the thought of continuing and just shoved it on the market to get what they can for it.
Also - is that a garage at the back of the house? With no driveway to get to it - and that strip of grass is too narrow to turn into a driveway anyway.0 -

It is a driveway. If you look closer you can see the tarmac has just been overwhelmed by vegetation.
It is quite narrow but so are lots of driveways these days on older houses. Cars are just so much bigger than they were. You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose but you can't pick your friend's nose.0 -

This house will be amazing when it is restored. Not sure how to post links. It's on rightmove in Totties near Holmfirth and went on today.0 -

How's this for slick presentation? Tracky bottoms drying over the lounge door and everything.

I am presuming the black and red item of clothing nearest the camera in pic 5 are boxers!
Property was listed 6 weeks ago and there are two Christmas things.
Can anyone tell me what is that thing is above the washing machine with the red bit on it?0 -
