I have a account with lending stream which I am paying off never been late etc
On the 23rd I received a text and email saying my loan payment of 138 will be taken out the following day I emailed them after checking my account to make sure I had nothing due out and I got a auto reply saying my next payment is due December
Assumed it was a mistake (made a few early payments) so thought it was a automatic message although I paid
I check my account the loan ID isn't one I have
Next day 138 is taken from my account clearly stating lending stream I call them up and they confirm the loan ID isn't one I have say they will look into it
I hear nothing back called multiple times last time it got transferred to complaint department who transferred me somewhere else
They don't seem to have a clue what they are doing
The loan ID isn't registered to my account I had no payments due they won't give me a answer of when I'm getting my money back I'm now in unplanned over draft
Christmas is round the corner an I'm struggling to pay for food for my son
What the hell can I do??!?! I need that money
