I bought the item below from you some time back

I cannot get the remote to switch the lights off. When I press the off button the lights flash.

Is there a fix to this?

You didn't buy it from MSE !

Email the actual supplier.

Not sure who the supplier is.

I found it on this website and trying to avoid buying a new one if any one can help to re-sync the remote.
