    If you're interested in getting actual First Aid qualifications, doing some volunteering, or even just making some more friends, have a look for your local St John meeting on the website. Have to say I take part pretty much every week.

    as a member of st john ambulance for the past 16yrs i would highly reccommend getting a copy. also send the link to frinds and family.

    I ordered a copy then got a 5 minute phonecall "chat" ending in asking for a regular donation. I would reccomend ordering but putting in a fake phone number

    Btw phone number and email address are not required fields, so you can still request a free guide without filling those bits in (literally just needs name & postal address).
