Trade account is business not consumer .
Did you buy the goods if not your recourse is against the one who sold you the goods .That would be under your consumer rights . His rights would be against the bathroom company .0 -

As has been said, you have provided no details. On what you have chosen to provide.
Consumers are not tradespeople or businesses. There are no consumer rights because a consumer did not buy them.
Why is the account holder refusing to act? He is refusing to take the retailer to task over the faulty items, or is he just refusing to help YOU with YOUR issue?
If YOU have an issue with the tradesman who bought them, you don't get to skip him and go to the retailer. If its an issue with the items, he needs to take it up with the retailer, as he bought them.
No one is denying anybody anything, as you don't have them to be denied!0
