    I don't know why they don't just increase the VAT on road fuel (create a new band). It means there is no impact on haulage or most businesses, while the cost of leisure motoring increases.

    Its all well and good stopping fuel duty increases, but how about kicking some a**e of the fuel companies as they are artificially keeping prices high at the pump WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER AFTER ALL.
