Welcome to the group MrsCautious, and yes you can join the challenge if you want , there are 10 more weigh ins for this one (the first one of which is tomorrow! ), so if you want to join that let me know how much you would hope to lose by the end of that time (and I am happy to only have your weigh ins twice over that time)

S: 1 Fox's choc biscuit
L: Black beanburger (just the patty, no bun, no sauces) with lettuce and cherry toms
D: Omelettewith bacon, cauliflower, green beans, potatoes, cheese (2 big slices!!!) with mixed salad
E: none

MFP says -53

Yesterday:

B: Coffee, Porridge with SS milk
L: Mac 'n Cheese (less than half a portion) with mixed salad
S: 1 Mozart Kugeln
D: Omelettewith bacon, cauliflower, green beans, potatoes, cheese (1 slice only) with mixed salad
S: Bowl of milk with coco pops before bed (I went to legoland 2 weeks ago and I have got plenty of kiddy cereals! )

Thankfully, it's looking pretty good at the moment!

Have a good day!
