MBNA Credit Card users online, HELP NEEDED !!

MBNA Credit Card users online, Help needed!


My phone is giving issues and have to get it fixed (infact need to use the new MBNA card to pay for the phone to be fixed lol)

so I have no phone.


and my MbNA card is damaged, not useable so need to get a order one.
(I do not need a new card with a new number, but just a new version of the the old one resent)

MBNA Online there is the option to order a new one on the screen



Online card ordering help!

I am trying to order a second replacement card but the screen froze after I have tried a few times.

This help would really be appreciated thanks.

If you are an MBNA CC card user,
can you please login and tell me what screens you see please?


When you log into your MBNA panel, and click on this

Manage account,
then Replace card


Reason for card, click Card damaged.

Here it is again, in arrow format:

Manage account --> Replace card --> Reason for card --> click Card damaged


Once you click SUBMIT, then what is the next page it goes to, that you can see???

is it another Second confirmation page?

(mine showed a blurred screen with another SUBMIT button, so it is obviously another step, but just wondering what that step is.)

Does yours show another screen asking for another step?

where it asks for some additional steps, (where they phone you/ or want you to phone them, etc?)


As they are asking another Submit button, I'm sure the next page is NOT a confirmation that your replacement card has been sent?

This help would really really be appreciated thanks (and urgent as need a replacement card to pay for some bills!!)
