Hugs to you - dust yourself down and take a deep breath.

It happens, CuppaTea. Don't beat yourself up about it, but later when you feel depressed because that's what happens after a heavy drinking session, rather than just feel depressed, see if you can work out why you over-indulged, or what the trigger was.

    6/31 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.
  • I slept brilliantly for the last two nights and looking in the mirror this morning my skin looks clearer, my eyes look brighter and I look a little younger, fresher and perkier. The scales have moved in the right direction for two mornings in a row. A lightbulb moment - the booze ain't the great idea it seems to be.
    Who knew?!
Or more accurately why don't I remember this when I choose wherher or not to drink in the evening. Have a good Thursday everyone.

Wise words HB. Self medicating whether with booze or comfort eating is never the answer. It might feel good at the time but......

I've not found it easy this week. No real cravings but just seems like a long week. Probably a tiny bit bored after all the socialising last month and missing the wine is just part of it. Nothing serious though.
    No drinking today.

    4 AFDs please Shaggy.
